Abstract:

Treating cycanide-containing wastewater by ferrous sulfate method has been studied. At first, the concentrations of free cyanide and total cyanide are determined, respectively. The results show that when pH is between 4 to 6, the cyanide-containing concentration of ferrous cyanide in the treated wastewater is less than 0.2 mg/L, and the total cyanide concentration is 2 mg/L. Using ferrous sulfate for treating cyanide-containing wastewater cannot reach the discharge standard, because free cyanide is too high. But the ferrous cyanide formed is very stable. Adding some oxidant before filtration can theoretically reach the discharge standard by one step.

摘要:

对硫酸亚铁法处理含氰废水进行研究,首次分别测定易释放氰浓度和总氰浓度,结果表明在pH4~6,处理后废水中铁氰化物含氰质量浓度0.2mg/L,总氰质量浓度为2mg/L。采用硫酸亚铁处理含氰废水达不到排放标准是由于游离氰过高引起的,且生成铁蓝很稳定,因此,可以在过滤前进一步加入氧化剂一步处理达到排放标准。
