Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of constantly high blowdown rate in the boilers in sugar mills,it is brought foreward that the upper limit of sugar content in boiler water supply should be enacted,and integrated technical reform project on boiler continuous blowdown system automatic monitoring equipment be used.On condition that the boiler steam quality is eligible,the blowdown rate should be strictly controlled below 3%,realizing the aim of energy-saving and emission-reducing of the boilers in cane sugar mills

摘要:

针对糖厂锅炉排污率居高不下的问题,提出设定锅炉给水含糖量的上限值,以及采用锅炉连续排污自动监控装置的综合技改方案,在保证锅炉蒸汽品质合格的情况下,将锅炉的排污率严格控制在3%以内,实现糖厂锅炉减排节能的目标。
