难降解化纤废水预处理工业化实验

Abstract:

The non一degradable chemical fiber wastewater has been treated by the combined process,advanced oxidation-flocculation sedimentation,and industrializing experiments accomplished in Shijiazhuang Refining and Chemical Co. The results show that the biodegradability can be improved greatly after the wastewater is treated by the ammonia oximation wastewater pretreatment device. The B/C of wastewater has increased from close to 0 to0.3 above. The pretreated wastewater does not have impact on the subsequent biochemical system.

摘要:

采用高级氧化与絮凝沉淀组合工艺处理难降解化纤废水,并在石家庄炼化分公司进行了工业化实验。工业化实验结果表明,经过氨肟化废水预处理装置处理后的废水可生化性得到极大改善,废水的B/C从接近于0提高到0.3以上。经过预处理的废水未对后续的生化系统造成冲击。
