Abstract:
Strains have been used for carrying out shake-flash reduction tests of the activated sludge in urban sewage treatment plants,by screening strains which can produce amylase,protease and cellulase. The results show that when the sludge is treated with single strains,the sludge reduction effectiveness of protease-producing strains is the best. The reduction rate is as high as 15.3% on the third cultivation day. The reduction effectiveness of cellulase degradation strains is the worst,only 4.7%. When composite strain treatment is used,and the volumn ratio of amylase,protease and cellulase is 7:2:1,on the third cultivation day,the reduction effectiveness can be as high as 16.4%. Single strains and composite strains can all reach the highest reduction effectiveness on the third testing day,but the reduction effectiveness decreases to 12.1%,9.4% on the fourth day. Generally speaking,the reduction effectiveness of composite strains is better than that of single strains.

摘要:
筛选出产淀粉酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶的菌株,对城镇污水处理厂的活性污泥进行摇瓶减量试验。结果表明:采用单菌株处理时,产蛋白酶菌株对污泥减量的效果最好,培养第3天减量效果最高达到15.3%,纤维素酶降解菌的减量效果最差,只有4.7%。采用复配菌株处理,蛋白酶菌株、淀粉酶菌株、纤维素酶菌株体积比为7:2:1时,培养第3天减量效果最高达到16.4%。单菌株和复配菌株在试验第3天都达到最高的减量效果,第4天分别下降为12.1%、9.4%,总体来看复配菌株的减量效果比单菌株减量效果好。
