Abstract:
Complexation extraction+evaporation+A/O process has been applied to the treatment of phenol-containing wastewater from sebacic acid production. The water volume treated is 500 m3/d,raw water pH 2-3,mass concentration of phenol 3 000-5 000 mg/L,COD 12 000-20 000 mg/L,and mass fraction of Na2SO4 is 8%. The effluent water quality meets the first grade requirements specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).

摘要:
采用络合萃取+蒸发+A/O工艺处理癸二酸生产含酚废水,处理水量500 m3/d.原水pH为2~3,酚质量浓度为3 000~5 000 mg/L,COD达12 000~20 000 mg/L, 还含有约8%的硫酸钠盐,经上述工艺处理后,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级排放标准.
