Abstract:
The wastewater treatment project of a wood-based panel plant is introduced from the angles of wastewater quality,treatment process,design parameters,running effects,running costs,etc. The project practice shows that the combined process,mechanical solid-liquid separation-1# coagulation precipitation-air floatation-IEHC anaerobic-SBR-2# coagulation precipitation-oxidation decoloration,can effectively treat the wastewater in the production of wood-based panels. After debugging and operation,the removing rates of CODCr,BOD5,SS and chroma are all above 99%. The final effluent quality is stable,meeting the requirements for the first-level standard specified in the Integrat-ed Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996). Part of the treated wastewater can directly return to the wash-ing workshop,or after being further treated by sand filter and carbon filter be reused in backflushing for the belt mach-ine,realizing partial recycling and reuse of water resources.

摘要: 从废水水质、处理工艺、设计参数、运行效果及成本等方面出发,介绍了某人造板厂的废水处理工程。工程实践表明,采用机械固液分离—1#混凝沉淀—气浮—IEHC厌氧—SBR—2#混凝沉淀—氧化脱色组合工艺可有效处理人造板生产废水。工程调试运行后,CODCr、BOD5、SS、色度的去除率均达到99%以上,最终出水水质稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准要求。处理后的废水可部分直接回用于水洗生产车间,或经砂滤、碳滤进一步处理后用于带机反冲洗,实现了水资源的部分循环回用。
