Abstract: Disinfection treatment unit design significantly affects the quality of water treatment. The effectiveness of disinfection design can be improved by computational fluid dynamics(CFD). In this paper, CFD was used to simulate the flow field and optimize the parameters such as pool design and the inlet and outlet modes. Then this paper summarized the applications of CFD method in problems with prediction,disinfection dynamic coupling,turbulence model uncertainty,and inaccuracy of multiphase flow. Finally,suggestions for improving model accuracy and the application of CFD in disinfection design are put forward.

摘要: 消毒处理单元的设计对水处理工艺起着至关重要的作用。通过计算流体力学(CFD)设计模拟,可以提高消毒设计的有效性和消毒单元的处理效果。本研究分析了CFD对消毒池流场的模拟以及对池型设计、挡板设置、进出水方式等参数的优化方式,总结了采用CFD方法在消毒效果预测、消毒动力学耦合等方面的应用,并分析了其在紊流模型不确定性和多相流动的不准确性等方面存在的问题。最后,提出了提高设计模拟准确性的建议。
