Storage and activation of Anaerobic ammonium oxidation sludge under room temperature conditions

常温条件下厌氧氨氧化污泥储存及激活

Abstract:

Anammox sludge is stored for 30 days in a jar filled with 50% honeycomb packing at room temperature(20℃) without nutrient solution. After storage, the bacterial density decreases from 3.635×1011 mL-1 to 3.012×1011 mL-1, and the AnAOB density decreases from 2.338×1011 mL-1 to 1.223×1011 mL-1, which indicates that Anammox sludge still has a certain proportion of Anammox bacteria. The HRT remains for one day during the activation process, and the influent nitrogen load is increased by increasing the substrate concentration gradually. The initial influent NH4+ and NO2--N is 50 mg/L. After 15 days of activation, the removal rates of NH4+-N and NO2--N reach 81.36% and 99.34%, respectively, when the initial influent NH4+-N and NO2--N are 50 mg/L, indicating that Anammox is successfully initiated. After 55 days, the influent NH4+-N and NO2--N reach 200 mg/L, the removal rates are 83.52% and 99.99%, respectively.

摘要:

在常温(20 ℃)且不补充营养液的条件下,在填充50%(体积比)蜂窝状填料的广口瓶中储存Anammox污泥30 d。储存后,细菌密度从3.635×1011 mL-1减少到3.012×1011 mL-1,AnAOB密度从2.338×1011 mL-1减少到1.223×1011 mL-1,表明储存后的Anammox污泥仍有一定比例的Anammox菌。激活过程HRT保持为1 d,通过逐渐提高底物浓度来提高进水氮负荷。初始进水NH4+-N和NO2--N质量浓度为50 mg/L,经15 d激活,其去除率分别达到81.36%、99.34%,表明Anammox成功启动。经过55 d,进水NH4+-N和NO2--N达到200 mg/L,去除率分别为83.52%、99.99%。
