Abstract:
In this study, a copolymer flocculant P[DPM/DC12MAAC] was firstly synthesized by using dodecyl methallyl ammonium chloride and N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)methacrylamide. Then the prepared flocculant was used to treat polymer-containing sewage, and its flocculation performance was evaluated. The results showed that the turbidity reduction rate was as high as 99.53%, and the minimum weight gain per unit surface area of the iron sheet was 43.02 g/m2, which reduced 74.90% of flocs. The field test results showed that, under the premise of ensuring the water quality index, the flocculant could reduce the production of viscous flocs by about 70.5%. The flocculant destroys the diffusion double electron layer of oil droplets by electrostatic adsorption, thereby neutralizing the negative charge on its surface.

使用双十二烷基甲基烯丙基氯化铵(DC12MAAC)与N-(3-二甲氨基丙基)甲基丙烯酰胺(DPM)进行共聚,合成了P[DPM/DC12MAAC]共聚物絮凝剂。以含聚污水为处理对象,对其絮凝性能进行了评价。评价结果表明:浊度降低率最高达99.53%,单位表面积铁片增重量最低为43.02 g/m2,可减少74.90%的絮体。现场试验结果表明,在保证水质指标的前提下,该絮凝剂可使黏性絮体产生量下降约70.5%。该絮凝剂通过静电吸附破坏油滴的扩散双电子层,从而中和其表面负电荷。
