Abstract:
Various parameters affecting the adsorption of TNT on inorganic modified bentonite, such as preparation methods of AlCl3 modified bentonite, the dosage of AlCl3, pH, input of modified bentonite, oscillation frequency were investigated. The results showed that modified bentonite prepared by wet mixing AlCl3 and bentonite and roasting has the best adsorption performance. The optimum process conditions for TNT wastewater treatment is:wastewater pH 7, oscillation frequency 120 r/min, Al3+ to bentonite mass ratio 1:20, the mass concentration of modified bentonite 50 g/L. The removal rate of TNT reached 98.4% in 50 mg/L TNT wastewater at 30℃ and 1 h oscillation time.

摘要:
研究了AlCl3改性膨润土的制备方法、AlCl3的用量、pH、改性膨润土投入量、振荡频率等因素对改性膨润土处理TNT废水效果的影响。实验结果表明:采用AlCl3与膨润土湿混再焙烧制备的改性膨润土性能最好;处理TNT废水的最佳工艺为:废水的pH为7,振荡频率为120 r/min,Al3+与膨润土的质量比1:20,改性膨润土投加质量浓度为50 g/L。在振荡时间为1 h,温度为30℃,50 mg/L的TNT废水中TNT去除率达98.4%。
