Experimental research on the advanced treatment of coking wastewater by polyferric sulfate coagulation combined with calcium hypochlorite oxidation

摘要:

采用聚合硫酸铁(PFS)混凝组合次氯酸钙〔Ca(ClO)2〕氧化对焦化废水进行深度处理。通过单因素实验确定了最佳工艺条件:不调节废水pH,PFS投加量1.4 mL/L,Ca(ClO)2投加量0.8 mg/L,氧化反应时间30 min,在此条件下,处理后出水COD为78 mg/L,浊度在 1 NTU以下。紫外吸收光谱分析结果表明,废水中有机物浓度有了明显降低。该组合工艺为开发低成本焦化废水深度处理工艺提供了新途径。

Abstract:

Polyferric sulfate coagulation combined with calcium hypochlorite oxidation has been used for the advanced treatment of coking wastewater. By means of single factor experiments,the optimum technological conditions are de-termined as follows:without pH adjustment,the polyferric sulfate dosage is 1.4 mL/L,calcium hypochlorite dosage 0.8 mg/L and oxidation reaction time 30 min. Under these conditions,the treated effluent COD is 78 mg/L,and the turbidity less than 1 NTU. The results of the ultraviolet absorption spectrum show that the concentration of organic substances in wastewater is obviously decreased. The combined process provides a new way for the advanced treatment of coking wastewater with low cost.
