摘要:

异养硝化-好氧反硝化(HN-AD)细菌能在好氧条件下快速将氨态氮降解为含氮气体,其高效的氮消除能力及在氮降解中的优势使其成为近几年脱氮技术的研究热点。对已分离的HN-AD菌的脱氮能力进行整理,分析了它的作用特点以及代谢机理,并综述了碳源、碳氮比、溶解氧、pH和盐度等主要环境因素对HN-AD菌脱氮效果的影响,对其应用前景和发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

Heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification(HN-AD) bacteria can degrade ammonia nitrogen to nitrogen-containing gas rapidly under aerobic conditions. With efficient nitrogen-removing ability and application superiority in the removal of nitrogen,HN-AD bacteria have become a research hotspot in denitrification technology in recent years. The data on the denitrification ability of separated HN-AD bacteria are collated and their functional characteristics and metabolism mechanism analyzed. The influences of main environment factors,such as carbon sources,carbon-nitrogen ratio,DO,pH and salinity on the denitrification effect of HN-AD are summarized. Its applicaation prospect and development directions are looked ahead.
