摘要:
在常温条件下采用自制厌氧反应器处理乳品废水,研究了反应器的启动特性、颗粒污泥的形成、反应器高效稳定运行条件。结果表明,运行第30天完成反应器启动;启动完成的同时培养出性能良好的颗粒污泥;厌氧反应器高效稳定运行临界负荷为14 kgCOD/(m3·d)(水力停留时间为5.1 h),临界泥量为26.7 g/L(约为反应器体积的1/2)。

Abstract:
A self-made anaerobic reactor was used to treat dairy wastewater under normal temperature conditions. The start-up characteristics of the reactor, the formation of granular sludge, and the efficient and stable operation conditions of the reactor were studied. The results showed that the reactor start-up was completed on the 30th day of operation.The granular sludge with good performance was cultivated at the same time as the start-up was completed. The critical load for the efficient and stable operation of the anaerobic reactor was 14 kgCOD/(m3·d) (hydraulic retention time 5.1 h), the critical mud volume is 26.7 g/L(about 1/2 of the reactor volume).
