混凝催化氧化处理新型制药废水的实验研究

Treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater by coagulation-catalyzed oxidation

摘要:

采用纳米Fe3O4/聚合氯化铝(PAC)混凝和催化氧化技术处理新型制药废水(羧甲基壳聚糖季铵盐类),CODCr为5 500~6 000 mg/L。当pH 5~6,PAC投加质量浓度为1.2 g/L,Fe3O4投加质量浓度为0.8 g/L时,混凝段CODCr去除率为45.8%;当Fe2+投加质量浓度为2 g/L,过硫酸钠投加质量浓度为2~3 g/L时,反应时间为8 h,氧化段CODCr去除率为60.40%;实验对CODCr的总去除率87.78%。废水的CODCr降低到700~1 000 mg/L。

Abstract:

Nano Fe3O4/polyaluminum chloride(PAC) coagulation and catalytic oxidation technology for treating pharmaceutical wastewater (carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt) with CODCr of 5 500-6 000 mg/L. Under the condition of pH 5-6, the dosage of PAC 1.2 g/L, and the Fe3O4 dosage 0.8 g/L, the removal rate of CODCr in the flocculation section was 45.8%. With the condition Fe2+ dosage 2 g/L, sodium persulfate dosage 2-3 g/L, reaction time 8 h, the CODCr removal rate in the oxidation stage was 60.40%, and the total removal rate of CODCr in the experiment was 87.78%. The CODCr of the wastewater reduced to 700-1 000 mg/L.
