煤化工废水中无机阴离子的检测方法研究

Study on detection of inorganic anions in coal chemical wastewater

摘要:

建立了离子色谱法同时分离检测煤化工废水中F-、Cl-、NO3-、NO2-、Br-、SO42-、PO43-共7种无机阴离子浓度的分析方法。采用Ion Pac AS14离子色谱柱对煤化工废水进行分离,Na2CO3和NaHCO3为淋洗液。结果表明,F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42-检出限分别为0.03、0.21、0.55、0.86 mg/L,加标回收率为95%~104%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3%。该方法具有灵敏度高、操作简便、结果准确、重现性好等优势,适合于煤化工废水中无机阴离子的检测。

Abstract:

A method of simultaneous separation and detection of F-, Cl-, NO3-, NO2-, Br-, SO42-, PO43- in coal chemical wastewater by ion chromatography(IC) was established. Ion PAC AS14 column was used to separate coal chemical wastewater, with Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 as eluent. The results showed that the detection limits of F-, Cl-, NO3- and SO42- were 0.03, 0.21, 0.55, 0.86 mg/L, respectively. The recovery rates were 95%~104%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 3%. The method had the advantages of high sensitivity, simple operation, accurate results and good reproducibility, and was suitable for the detection of inorganic anions in coal chemical wastewater.
