绿锈-聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵絮凝剂的制备及应用

摘要:

利用绿锈(GR)和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDM)为原料制备绿锈-聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(GR-PDM)复合絮凝剂,采用FT-IR、SEM、XRD表征,考察制备过程中有机物比例及制备温度对絮凝性能的影响。以模拟含磷污水、实际印染废水为处理对象,探究pH和投加量对絮凝效率的影响,并使用Zeta电位、有效粒径分布验证其在不同pH下的絮体特征。结果表明,制备最佳条件:PDM与GR体积比为0.3%,温度为50 ℃;GR-PDM结构特征相较于GR,更有利发挥吸附架桥及电中和作用,稳定性更强;pH为8、投加量为50 mg/L时,处理模拟污水总磷去除率达90%以上;pH为7、投加量为120 mg/L时,实际印染废水氨氮、总磷、COD去除率分别达38%、96%、56%。应用结果与絮体特征分布证明其在pH为7~9范围内的絮凝效果较优。

Abstract:

A composite flocculant(GR-PDM) was prepared by using green rust(GR) and polydimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride(PDM) as raw materials. Based on FT-IR,SEM and XRD analysis,the effects of organic matter ratio and preparation temperature on flocculation performance were investigated. The effects of pH and dosage on flocculation efficiencies were investigated in simulated phosphorus-containing wastewater and actual printing and dyeing wastewater treatment. The floc characteristics at different pH were verified by Zeta potential and effective particle size distribution. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were as follows:the proportion of PDM 0.3% and the temperature 50 ℃. Compared with GR,the stability of GR-PDM was stronger. The structural characteristics of GR-PDM were more favorable for adsorption bridging and electric neutralization. When the pH was 8 and the dosage was 50 mg/L,the total phosphorus removal efficiency of simulated wastewater was more than 90%. When the pH was 7 and the dosage was 120 mg/L,the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and COD in the actual printing and dyeing wastewater were 38%,96% and 56%,respectively. The application results and floc characteristic distribution proved that the flocculation effect was better in the pH range of 7-9.
