化工废水两相厌氧——二级好氧处理技术研究及应用

Research on two-phase anaerobic and two-stage aerobic treatment technology and its application

摘要:

针对苏南某化工企业油漆、涂料、树脂和高沸点溶剂等产品生产过程中排放的高浓度化工废水处理, 中试结果表明:当两相厌氧COD负荷为5.6 kg/(m3·d), 一级好氧COD负荷1.47 kg/(m3·d), 二级好氧负荷COD 0.035kg/(m3·d), 且废水温度高于20℃时, 两相厌氧—二级好氧生化系统的COD平均去除率高于95%;工程化应用表明:该工艺具有处理效果好、耐冲击、运行稳定、处理成本低的优点, 当废水温度维持在20℃以上时, 两相厌氧—二级好氧生化系统COD平均去除率达98%以上。

Abstract:

According to the treatment of highly concentrated chemical wastewater in the production of painting, coating, resin and solvent with high boiling point at a chemical company in southern Jiangsu, the result obtained from the pilot-scale plant indicates that the COD average removing rate of two-phase anaerobic-two-stage aerobic system is higher than 95% when the conditions are as follows:two-phase anaerobic COD volume loaded is 5. 6 kg/(m3·d), the first stage aerobic COD volume loaded 1.47 kg/(m3·d), the second stage aerobic COD volume loaded 0. 035 kg/(m3·d), and the wastewater temperature over 20℃. The engineering application shows that the advantages of this process are high treatment effect, strong impact resistance, stable operation and low cost. The average COD removing rate can even be over 98% when the wastewater temperature keeps at higher than 20℃.
