水工业是一种特殊工业, 对人类社会发展和经济发展具有极其重要的举足轻重的作用。我国的改革开放、社会经济持续发展, 必须优先发展水工业。我国目前水工业的发展是非常迅速的。但还必须从科技进步、提高水工业产品的科技含量、水的回用、膜分离技术、海水资源开发、循环冷却水处理以及加快水工业产品化进程等方面, 要加大力度, 以尽快赶超国际先进水平。

Now water industry is rapidly developing in our country, but we must reinforce the contents of science and technology in water industry products, the recycling of water, technology of mem?brane separation, etc., in order to catch up with the advanced level in the world.
