摘要:
分析了填充床电渗析器内混合阴阳离子交换剂的自再生过程, 提出了一种电再生法, 供水脱盐处理必用设备混床所用离子交换树脂再生使用, 试图用它代替现今广泛采用的酸碱化学药剂再生法。这种电再生法属于创新技术。离子交换树脂电再生所消耗的是电能, 这种过程的推动力是电力。再生不用酸碱化学药剂, 操作简化, 也无废物排放, 从而不污染水体, 对环境无害。

Abstract:
In this paper, the self- regeneration of the mixed exchangers of anions and cations in the electrodialyser of the packed bed is analyzed and an electric regenertion method is put forward. This electric regeneration method, which is a new technology, is used to regen?erate the ion ex change resin in the mixing bed, which is necessary to desalt the water, in order to replace the conventional regeneration method with acid or alkli. In the electric regeneration of the ion exchange resin, the consumed energy and the driving power are eletricity. The regeneration can be manipulated simply without acid or alkli. No waste material is discharged, so the water body and the environment cannot be po- luted.
