高色度印染废水脱色研究

摘要:

使用氧化絮凝复合床新技术处理高色度印染废水,研究了影响处理效果的一系列物理化学因素:pH值、电压、处理时间、填料组分与粒径等,色度>10000倍的印染废水,脱色率>99%、CODCr去除率>75%.

Abstract:

A new method has been established for decoloring ofhigh colority dyeing wastewater with oxide-flocculation reactor( OFR) technique.The mechanism of dye and other contaminants removal is actually the oxidation of hydroxyl radical (·O H).Various factors whether physical or chemical: cellvoltage, main electrode distance, testing solution,pH value, air flow rate, treating time etc, which affected the decoloring rate have been studied.The results of contaminants removal in dyeing wastewater for colority> 10000 under the optical testing condition were very good: decoloring rate> 99%, CODCr removal rate> 75%.
