摘要: 大庆石化总厂化肥厂1994年以前一直使用联氨(N2H4)作为锅炉给水除氧剂。由于联氨具有毒性并致癌、且易燃易爆等缺点,因此,1994年化肥厂试验使用了一种新型除氧剂---二甲基酮肟(DMKO).几年来的应用表明,该除氧剂使用情况良好,完全能够满足工艺要求,同时,还降低了该厂每年的药剂费用。

Abstract: Before 1994,Fertilizer Plant in Daqing Petrochemical Plant had been using hydrazine (N2H4) as deoxidizer to deoxidize boiler water supply. Because hydrazine has its disadvantages, for example, it is poisonous, cancerogenous, combustible and explosive, Fertilizer Plant tried to use a new deoxidizer—dimethylketoxime (DMKO) in 1994. In a few years' application, it was indicated that this deoxidizer had some better performances and could meet the technological demands. At the same time, the use of the deoxidizer retrenches chemical expenses every year.
