摘要:

新型非酸除锈清洗剂 ,经过试验对比研究表明 :清洗效果与酸洗相当 ,且对设备无腐蚀 ;可于停产期间常温清洗 ,也可在生产期间 (工作温度 45℃左右 )对设备系统进行清洗 ,避免了停产损失 ;清洗剂无毒无害 ,不污染环境 ;清洗结束时 ,废液排放无需中和处理。本清洗剂在本钢、北京大兴化肥厂、株洲电厂、大连热电厂等多家企业得到应用。

Abstract:

It is indicated by the tests and a comparat ive study that the cleaning effect of the new non-acid and derust ing abluent proposed in this paper is equivalent to that of the acid pickling and without corrosion of the equipments .It can be used no t only for the normal temperature cleaning during dow ntime but also fo r cleaning the systems during the production (at a working temperature of about 45 ℃), which avoids the loss of dow ntime .The environment can be free from pollution due to nontoxicity and innocuousness of the abluent.The eff luent can be discharged without any neut ralization at the end of the cleaning.This abluent has also been used for Benxi Iron and Steel Company, Beijing Daxing Chemical Fertilizer Plant, Zhuzhou Electric Power Plant and Dalian Thermoelectric Power Plant etc.
