Preparation and study of cesium ion-sieve for the 137Cs removal from HLLW

摘要:

通过特殊的化学制筛手段,经铯离子的嵌入、固位、抽出等反应,成功地研制了对铯离子有高效选择性的新型环保材料提铯离子筛,并通过正交实验得到了它的最佳制备条件。对提铯离子筛的性能研究表明,它不但继承了其基体对铯离子较大的交换容量1.83mmol/g 左右,而且其对铯离子的分配系数达到45000mL/g,约为基体的3倍。在与模拟高放废液的静态交换中,此提铯离子筛在众多金属杂离子中有选择地提取96%左右的铯离子,基本上达到了从高放废液中去除和回收铯137Cs 的要求。

Abstract:

A new ecomaterials cesium ion-sieve(Cs-IS) has been developed by Cs+ extraction/introduction reaction,and the optimum preparation conditions are determined through orthogonal experiment. The investigation on its ion exchange performance shows that Cs-IS processes the large exchange capacity (1.83mmol/g) and high distribution coefficient (above 45000mL/g) for cesium. In the static exchange with the strong acid simulated HLLW,Cs-IS exhibits high exchange rate for cesium (above 96%) and large separation factor βCs/M (large than 104). These indicate that Cs-IS can be used in the strong acid HLLW system for the removal and recovery of 137Cs directly.
