复合式软化及膜浓缩技术在光伏废水处理中的应用

摘要:

以内蒙古某光伏科技有限公司全厂综合废水处理系统为目标,从工艺设计、现场运行状况分析得出:加药软化可以将总硬度降低到200 mg/L以下;离子交换可以将硬度降低到10 mg/L以下,但化学软化受原水波动影响较大,存在投药量过量或不足的情况;膜系统在高pH情况下运行1.5 a左右,脱盐性能衰减不明显。总体来说,复合式软化及膜浓缩技术在光伏综合废水处理中的应用是可行的。

Abstract:

Taking the comprehensive wastewater treatment system of a photovoltaic technology Co., Ltd. in Inner Mongolia as the object, the process principle and field operation condition were analyzed. Results showed that the total hardness decreased below 200 mg/L by chemical softening and ion exchange could reduce the hardness below 10 mg/L. However, chemical softening was greatly affected by the fluctuation of raw water, existing the problem of excessive or insufficient dosage. The desalination performance of the membrane system was not obviously attenuated when it was operated about one and a half years under the condition of high pH. In general, the application of composite softening and membrane concentration technology is feasible in the treatment of comprehensive wastewater treatment.
