阳离子聚丙烯酰胺处理油田含油污水的实验

The treatment of oilfield oil-bearing wastewater with polycationic acrylamide

摘要:

以季铵盐阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(LBT)作絮凝剂,以复合聚氯化铝为混凝剂,对河南油田双河联合站含油废水进行了处理。结果表明,ρ(油)为600mg/L的主流程废水,在复合PAC投药质量浓度为150mg/L,LBT质量浓度为1mg/L时,处理水含油质量浓度可达1.8mg/L,去除率为99.7%;CODCr为1000mg/L的次流程废水,在复合PAC质量浓度为200mg/L,LBT质量浓度为2mg/L时,处理水的CODCr在140mg/L左右,去除率为86.0%。

Abstract:

The oil bearing wastewater of Henan Oilfield Shuanghe Oil Recovery Factory has been treated with quaternary ammonium salt polycationic acrylamide as flocculant and complex PAC as coagulant. After the wastewater of primary circuit ρ(oil)=600 mg/L is treated, the reduction of oil is 99.7% at ρ(PAC)=150 mg/L and ρ(LBT)=1 mg/L,the oil content is about 1.8 mg/L. After the wastewater of secondary circuit [ρ(CODCr)=1 000 mg/L] is treated, the reduction of CODCr is 86.0% at ρ(PAC)=200 mg/L and ρ(LBT)=2 mg/L,the CODCr is about 140 mg/L.
