超滤对磁化水的影响及截留微粒成分分析

Influences of ultra-filtration on magnetic Ca(HCO3)2 water solution and the analysis of macro-particles rejected by the ultra-filtration membrane

摘要:

研究了超滤对磁化的碳酸氢钙水溶液的电导率及产生沉淀的温度的影响,利用扫描电镜分析了超滤膜截留的微粒成分。实验结果表明:饱和的碳酸氢钙水溶液经磁化-超滤处理后,电导率开始就有差异,透过液的电导率最低。在加热出现肉眼可见沉淀的温度由高到低的顺序为:透过液>浓缩液>原水;超滤膜截留的微粒成分复杂,主要由硅、铝、钙、硫、铁等元素组成,不是单一的碳酸钙晶体。

Abstract:

Several kinds of Ca (HCO3)2 water solutions are respectively circulated through an orthogonal permanent magnetic field and an ultra-filtration unit. The conductivities and temperature of forming CaCO3 of different samples are investigated and the micro-particles on the surface of ultra-filtration membrane are analyzed by SEM. The results show that the filtrate has the highest temperature to form sediments among the filtrate, the concentrate and the non-magnetic sample, and that the micro-particles are mainly consist of Si,Al,Ca, S,Fe,Mg.
