降低总氮测定中浑浊度干扰的经验

Some experiences in determining total nitrogen in water

摘要:

根据GB11894—1989《水和废水标准检验法》中的检测方法检测水源水中的总氮时发现,当水样的浑浊度高时,水样在波长275nm处的干扰值有明显增高现象。通过实验对比显示,消解后设法降低水样的浑浊度,会使空白值下降。

Abstract:

When the total nitrogen in source water is examined, it is found the water samples with high turbidity give strong disturbance at 275 nm. Through comparing the four ways of the samples treatment,we found one of them is the most effective to reduce the disturbance, that is letting the samples which have been persulfated stand for 15 min,then centrifuging them at the rate of 2 000 r/min to reduce the disturbance as well as turbidity.
