摘要:

随着金属铜及其合金在各领域的应用越来越广泛,其腐蚀与防护问题日益受到重视,而在腐蚀介质中添加缓蚀剂是解决这一问题的一个简单实用的方法。作者综述了近年来国外几种新型有机铜缓蚀剂,包括唑类、喹啉类、嘧啶类等物质,从缓蚀性能、环境保护方面对其进行了比较,介绍了不同介质中缓蚀剂的选用情况,阐述了缓蚀剂的作用机理,并展望了缓蚀剂的研究和发展方向。

Abstract:

With the increasing application of copper and its alloys to various fields, more attention is paid to the problems of their corrosion and corrosion inhibition. The simple and practical method of solving these problems is adding corrosion inhibitors to corrosion media. Some new organic copper inhibitors, such as azoles, quinolines, uracils, etc., are compared in regard with their inhibiting efficiency and environmental protection. The selection of different media in inhibitors is introduced. The inhibiting mechanism is explained. The research and development directions are predicted.
