摘要:

研究了硫酸钙晶须破乳除油的性能,并对硫酸钙晶须破乳除油性能、特点及工业可行性作了探讨,考察了pH、加热温度、加热时间、硫酸钙晶须投加量对硫酸钙晶须破乳除油的影响,找出了最佳的工艺条件。试验结果表明,硫酸钙晶须破乳除油效果较好,pH、温度、时间、硫酸钙晶须用量均会对除油效果产生影响。最佳的工艺条件:加热温度30℃、加热时间30min、投加量0.2g、pH为9,此方法可用于工业化生产。

Abstract:

Calcium sulfate whisker is used for treating the emulsified-oil containing wastewater. The performance, property of removal oil and technological feasibility have been studied. The primary influential factors including dosage of sulfate whisker, heated time and temperature, pH value have also been studied. The optimal technical conditions are obtained. The results show that the oil removal is highly efficient. The optimal conditions are: temperature is 30 ℃, time is 30 min, the dosage is 0.2 g, pH value is 9. This method is used in the industrialized production.
