金属氧化物-黏土催化剂处理印染废水的研究

Study on catalytic oxidation treatment of dyeing wastewater by metal oxide-clay catalysts

摘要:

以黏土为载体,采用共混法制备了以Cu、Ni、Mn、Fe、Ti等金属氧化物为活性组分的催化剂,对印染废水进行了空气催化氧化实验比较,并对催化氧化的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:在pH6~7、反应时间30min、投加外掺质量分数10%CuO的黏土催化剂16~20g/L时,COD去除率可达到55.6%。该催化剂经简单再生后能恢复90%以上的催化活性。

Abstract:

Akind ofsolid catalysts, which are composed ofclayas carrier and metal oxides (such as CuO,TiO 2, MnO 2, Ni 2 O 3 and Fe 2 O 3 ) as active component, has been made and used to oxygenate dyeing wastewater with air, and some main factors effecting the oxidation process have further been analyzed. Under the idealized conditions of pH 6-7, oxidation for 30 minutes, ratio of copper oxide to clay 1∶10 (in mass), and 16 to 20 g/L catalyst, the COD removal rate can reach 55.6% in a reactor of 20 L. The deactivated catalyst is simply regenerated and more than 90% of catalyst can be recovered.
