Application of membrane technology to the industrial wastewater treatment

摘要:

膜过滤技术是一种高效、低能耗和易操作的液体分离技术,同传统的水处理方法相比具有处理效果好,可实现废水的循环利用和对有用物质回收等优点。简要介绍了微滤、电渗析、反渗透、超滤、纳滤等膜分离技术的基本原理及特点,重点介绍了膜技术在含油废水、染料废水、造纸废水、含重金属废水和高浓度有机废水处理中的应用研究进展状况。并讨论了膜过滤技术的研究方向和发展前景。

Abstract:

Membrane filtration technique is a liquid separation technology, with high efficiency, low energy consumption and easy operation. Compared to traditional methods of wastewater treatment, membrane technology has many advantages, such as the circulatory use of wastewater and recovery of useful substances. The foundational theories and characteristics of several membrane filtration techniques, such as micro-filtration, electrodialysis, reverse osmosis, ultra-filtration, nano-filtration and so on are summarized. Research and development of membrane filtration techniques in the treatment of wastewater containing oil, dye, heavy metal and organic compounds with high concentration are introduced, respectively. In addition, the prospect of these techniques is also discussed in this paper.
