摘要:

简要介绍了分离技术的分类、原理和市场前景,分析了分子筛成为膜材料的原因。综述了分子筛膜合成方法的研究进展,分析了原位水热合成、汽相合成法、嵌入法或后合成法、二次生长法、微波法合成、间接生长法和特殊方法的合成特点、制备步骤和方法的优缺点。介绍了分子筛膜技术用于分离有机物/水的研究现状,特别是在醇/水分离方面列举了一些具有很好分离性能的研究结果。最后,通过对国外技术的分析,展望了我国分子筛膜分离技术的工业重点。

Abstract:

Categorization, principle and marketing prospect of separation technology are briefly introduced, and the reason why zeolite becomes membrane material is analyzed. The research progress of zeolite membrane synthesis is summarized and the synthesis character, preparing procedure and advantage/disadvantage of in-situ hydrothermal synthesis, VPT synthesis, post-preparative synthesis, secondary growth synthesis, microwave synthesis, indirect growth and particular synthesis are analyzed. In addition, research status of zeolite membrane technology applied to organic wastewater is reviewed, and particularly on alcohol/water separation technique. Finally, the prospect of work emphasis of zeolite membrane is viewed via analysis of abroad technology.
