高浓度中药制药废水的处理研究

摘要:

实验研究了中药制药厂中清洗反应罐而形成的高浓度有机废水的特殊处理方法。研究表明,经过酸析、交变脉冲电絮凝和煤渣吸附串联处理,能使洗罐废水的CODCr由6800mg/L下降到100mg/L以下,SS由3250mg/L降到70mg/L,处理后的废水达到排放标准。

Abstract:

The special treatment of highly concentrated organic wastewater, which is produced from the cleaning retort in Chinese traditional medicine plant, has been studied. The study shows that CODCr of the wastewater decreases from 6 800mg/L to 100mg/L, and SS from 3 250mg/L to 70mg/L, so that it reaches the standard, by acidification out, electric flocculation of impulse and cinder adsorption working in series.
