摘要:
研究采用粉煤灰固定化絮凝剂和微生物来协同处理印染废水。首先采用水解酸化对印染废水进行厌氧处理,然后在粉煤灰固定化絮凝剂存在的情况下,进行好氧生物处理。废水在吸附、絮凝、沉降、过滤和微生物降解等协同作用下,取得了良好的处理效果。试验结果表明,在水解酸化池污泥质量浓度为7.8g/L、停留时间为10h、DO≤1mg/L,以及填充床生物处理池鼓气量为60L/(L·h)、处理时间为8h、污泥质量浓度为5g/L的优化条件下,处理后各项污染物去除率为:悬浮物98.5%、色度93.5%、CODCr96.5%、BOD597.5%、氨氮94%、硫化物96%、苯胺95.5%,出水水质达到国家纺织染整工业污水Ⅱ级排放标准(GB4287—1992)。

Abstract:
Printing and dyeing wastewater are treated by coordinate dprocessoffly-ash-madeimmobilized flocculantsand biodegrad ation system. First,hydrolytic acidification is used for treating the wastewater an aerobicly.After that,the coordinate dprocess of fly-ash-made immobilized flocculants andaerobic biodegradation systemis applied.Adsorption,precipitation,flocculation, filtering and biodegradation are commonly operatedin the system. Withsludge concentration of 7.8g/L,residence time of 10h,DO≤1mg/Linthevessel of hydroly ticacidification,and flow volumeof60L/(L·h) for air, residence time of8h, sludgeconcentration of 5g/Lintheim mobilizedfly-ashandbiology-madeadditivebed,theresult showsthat removal ratioofsuspended substance,chromadensity,CODCr, BOD5, ammonia-nitrogen, sulfideandaniline in the printing and dyeing wastewater are98.5%,93.5%,96.5%,97.5%,94%,96%,95.5%,respectively,whicharebetter than level Ⅱfor printing and dyeing wastewaterpromulgated byGB4287—1992.
