酵母废水处理技术进展

Advance in the treatment techniques of yeast wastewater

摘要:

酵母工业是一个新兴的产业,其在生产过程中产生大量高浓度、高色度有机废水。对国内外酵母废水处理技术新进展进行了综述。目前在酵母废水处理工程实践中运用最多的是UASB,废水经厌氧—好氧生物处理系统处理后,出水COD达到1000~1800mg/L。适当预处理可改善废水的可生化性,提高生化处理效果。生物强化处理、化学混凝、化学氧化、膜分离等工艺有较好处理效果。高浓度酵母废水制肥、循环使用等综合利用技术已得到应用,具有较大发展潜力。

Abstract:

Yeast industry is an arising microbe industry but organic wastewater with highly concentrated chroma is generated in the process.The progress of the treatment of yeast wastewater is reviewed.UASB reactor is used most widely in yeast wastewater treatment engineering,after anaerobic-aerobic treatment,the COD of effluent can be reduced to 1 000-1 800 mg/L.Proper pretreatment can improve the biochemical ability and biochemical treatment efficiency,and the advanced treatments,such as bio-intensified treatment,coagulation,advanced chemical oxidation,membrane separation,have better results in laboratory scale.Producing fertilizer from highly concentrated yeast wastewater,and wastewater recycling are in practical use,and have great potential.
