化纤废水综合治理改造工程实践

摘要:

针对某公司化纤废水处理中存在的问题,对整个废水处理系统进行了全面改造,通过对废酸水进行清污分流,黑液与浓酸水混合酸析等措施,实现了废水的综合治理和集中排放,达到了"以废治废,节约资源"的目的,出水基本达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中二级排放标准的要求。

Abstract:

Overall retrofit has been operated on the total system of wastewater treatment, according to the problems which exited in the system. The concentrated discharge and comprehensive treatment of wastewater have been achieved by the actions such as segregating of acid wastewater based on pollution level, the acidolysis of cotton pulp black liquor and highly concentrated acid wastewater, etc. The process is characterized by saving resources and treating wastewater by wastewater. The effluent meets the requirement of Grades Ⅱ of the National Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996) .
