气浮—接触氧化—砂滤工艺处理印钞厂综合废水

Treatment of wastewater from banknote-printing factory by floatation- contact oxidation- sand filtration process

摘要:

介绍了石家庄某印钞厂综合废水处理工程的水质特点、处理工艺、主要构筑物及技术参数,并就鼓风曝气、风机噪音和排泥问题提出了改进建议。运行实践表明,采用混凝气浮—生物接触氧化—砂滤工艺处理印钞厂综合废水,处理效果良好,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准。

Abstract:

The water quality characteristics of the wastewater treatment process, treatment technology, main constructions and technical parameters at a banknote-printing factory in Shijiazhuang are introduced.Some suggestions for improvement on blasting aeration and the blower noise, and sludge discharge are recommended.It is proved that the treatment process of “coagulation floatation + biological contact oxidation + sand filtration”for treating integrated banknote-printing wastewater has good results, and the outgoing water quality meetes the requirement of the First Class Standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge GB 8978—1996.
