Application of the flocculant, chitosan, to the treatment of citricacid wastewater sludge

摘要:

进行了壳聚糖絮凝剂处理柠檬酸废水污泥的实验,对影响絮凝过程的搅拌时间、壳聚糖用量、温度和pH做了探讨,并比较了壳聚糖和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对柠檬酸污泥处理后的脱水效果。实验结果表明:在快速搅拌时间为0.5min,壳聚糖投加量为17mg/g,温度为20~30℃,pH为6~7时,处理效果最佳;在相同实验条件下,壳聚糖和PAM的投加量均为其各自的最佳投加量时,壳聚糖的脱水效果要优于PAM。

Abstract:

Chitosan has been used to the treatment of citric acid wastewater sludge. Some influential factors such as stirring time, dosage of chitosan, temperature and pH have been discussed. The dewater effects of the citric acid wastewater sludge treated by chitosan and by PAMare compared. The results showthat the optimumtreatment conditions are as follows: rapid mixing time is 0.5 min, dosage 17 mg/g of dry sludge, temperature 20-30 ℃ and pH 6-7.Under the same experimental conditions, when the optimum dosages of chitosan and PAMare used respectively, the dewater effect of chitosan is better than that of PAM.
