READ-F 树脂的除氟性能研究

Study on the removal of fluorine by using READ-F resin

摘要:

通过静态和动态实验,研究了新型除氟树脂READ-F 对F-的吸附性能,考察了pH、树脂的用量、通水倍 数对该树脂除氟性能的影响,并与改性活性氧化铝(MAA)的除氟性能进行了比较。研究结果表明:pH=4 时,临界通 水倍数可达3 000;pH=6 时,临界通水倍数仅为175。READ-F 树脂应在pH≤4 时使用。此时出水中溶出的金属离子 浓度近似为零,表明该树脂具有良好的耐酸侵蚀性能。原水pH=4 时,出水pH 随着通水倍数的增大而减小,通水倍 数为500 时pH 最小,然后随着通水倍数的增大而升高。MAA 在较低用量(<4 g)时,除氟效率不如READ-F 树脂高; 但是在较高用量(≥4 g)时,MAA 则高于READ-F 树脂的除氟效率。

Abstract:

By means of static and dynamic experiments, the effect of the new type of fluorine removing resin READ-F on the adsorption properties of fluorine have been studied. The pH value, resin dosage and SV on the fluorine removing capacity are investigated and the fluorine removing capacity is compared with modified activated alumina (MAA). The results show that the critical SV is 3 000, when pH=4. While the critical SV is only 175, when pH=6. When pH≤4, the concentration of the metal ions dissolved from the effluent water is approximately zero. The resin shows excellent acid-resistant performance. When the pH value of raw water is 4, the pH of effluent water decreases with the increased of SV, and when the SV=500, the pH value is the least. And, the pH value increases with the increase of SV. The fluorine removal capacity of modified activated alumina (MAA) is less than that of resin READ-F when the dosage is as low as <4 g, but the fluorine removal capacity is higher than that of resin READ-F when the dosage is higher, ≥4 g.
