水解酸化——混凝沉淀工艺对活塞环生产综合废水的预处理试验研究

Research on the hydrolysis acidification and coagulation sedimentation process of the pretreatment of integrated wastewater from piston ring production

摘要:

采用水解酸化—混凝沉淀工艺,对活塞环生产综合废水进行预处理。研究了水解酸化时间、混凝沉淀药剂类型及其投加量等因素对废水COD去除的影响。结果表明,该组合工艺将废水的COD由9656mg/L降至3081.2mg/L,COD去除率达到67.8%,提高了废水的可生化性,并确定了水解酸化的最佳水力停留时间以及混凝剂的最佳投药比,为活塞环工业废水的大规模处理提供了应用参数。

Abstract:

The integrated wastewater from piston ring production is pretreated by the hydrolysis acidification and coagulation sedimentation process. The effects of various influential factors,such as hydraulic retention time,the type of coagulant and dosage on the removal rate of wastewater COD are studied. The results show that the COD is reduced from 9 656 mg/L to 3 081.2 mg/L and the removal rate of COD reaches 67.8%. It improves the biodegradability of wastewater. The optimal HRT of the hydrolysis acidification process and the optimal dosage ratio are confirmed,The study provides application parameters for the large-scale treatment of wastewater from piston ring production.
