摘要:

采用隔油—气浮—UASB—CASS工艺处理某食品公司巧克力和宠物食品生产过程中排放的高浓度有机废水,在进水CODCr为5 000~10 000 mg/L,BOD5为4 000~8 000 mg/L时,处理出水CODCr≤60 mg/L,BOD5≤20 mg/L。工程实践表明:该处理系统具有处理效果稳定,占地面积小,运行管理简便,运行费用低等优点。

Abstract:

The highly concentrated organic wastewater discharged from chocolate and pet food manufacturingindustry has been treated by a combined process of grease traps-flotation-UASB-CASS. When the CODCr andBOD5 of the influent are 5 000-10 000 mg/L and 4 000-8 000 mg/L, respectively, the CODCr and BOD5 of theeffluent are≤60 mg/L,and≤20 mg/L,respectively. It shows that the combined process has many merits, eg.,stable treatment efficiency, smallland supply, easy operation and management, low operation costs, and so on.
