摘要:

结合工程实际,介绍了采用"气浮+UASB+活性污泥法+BAF"工艺处理果汁生产废水的工艺设计实例,并对运行效果进行了分析.结果表明:该处理工艺运行稳定,出水水质达到了城市污水再生利用—城市杂用水水质标准(GB/T18920—2002),并可回用于生产过程.该工程减少了环境污染,经济效益显著.

关键词: 果汁生产废水, 曝气生物滤池, 上流式厌氧污泥床

Abstract:

Based on engineering practice,an example of using the process of flotation+UASB+activated sludge process+BAF for treating the wastewater from juice production is introduced,and its running effect is analyzed.The results show that this process runs steadily.The effluent water quality reaches the standard of urban sewage recycling-the water quality of urban miscellaneous water(GB/T 18920—2002).The treated water can be reused in production.The implement of this process reduces environmental pollution,and brings great economic benefit.
