吸附-催化氧化再生法处理印染废水的试验研究

Study on the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by adsorption-catalytic oxidation regeneration

摘要:

研究了树脂吸附与H2O2-V2O5催化氧化再生法处理印染废水的影响因素以及树脂再生的工艺条件。结果表明:D301、S-8和聚酰胺3种树脂对印染废水中CODCr的去除率较高,分别达到了79.23%、81.92%和71.35%;树脂对印染废水中CODCr的吸附速率随废水pH的升高而增大,但在碱性条件下的变化幅度不大;在相同吸附时间下,出水CODCr随流速的提高而增大,但流速宜控制在40 mL/h以下。树脂适宜的催化氧化再生工艺条件为:pH=3,H2O2的体积浓度为0.2 L/L,V2O5的质量浓度为1.6 g/L,室温下再生30 min;同时树脂的再生率随再生次数的增加而略有降低,但整体上再生效率均在90%以上。

Abstract:

The influential factors which have effect on the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by resin adsorption and H2O2-V2O5 catalytic oxidation regeneration,and the technological conditions of resin regeneration have been studied.The results show that the three kinds of resins,D301,S-8,and polyamide are able to adsorb the CODCr of dyeing wastewater effectively.The removal rates of CODCr are 79.23%,81.92% and 71.35% respectively.The adsorption rate of resin increases with the increase of pH.At the equal time,the CODCr increases with the increase of flow rate.The optimum flow rate is controlled below 40 mL/h.The optimum regenerative conditions for the resin are as follows: pH is 3,H2O2 concentration is 0.2 L/L,V2O5 concentration is 1.6 g/L,and the regenerative time is 30 min at room temperature.The regeneration rate of the resin goes down with the increase of regeneration times.But,as a whole,its regeneration rate is more than 90%
