Design-Expert software design and optimization of the treatment of acrylic fiber wastewater with the charcoal cycle micro-electrolysis reactor

摘要:

利用Design-Expert 7.1 试验设计系统对炭循环微电解反应器处理腈纶废水的试验进行了试验设计和试验结果分析;通过试验设计分析得出了腈纶废水COD 去除率与试验影响因素之间的定量关系模型,并得到了腈纶废水COD 去除率的残差分布以及在不同影响因素变量之间的COD 去除率等值线和三维关系。优化结果表明:利用Design-Expert 7.1 对炭循环微电解反应器处理腈纶废水试验条件进行优化,得到了最佳COD 去除率的操作条件。

Abstract:

Experimental design and result analysis of acrylic fiber wastewater treatment with the charcoal microelectrolysis reactor have been carried out by using Design-Expert 7.1 software. The quantitative relationship model between the COD of acrylic fiber wastewater and influencing factors is obtained, based on the experimental design and analysis. The residual distribution of this wastewater COD removal rate,as well as the COD removal rate isoline and dimension relationship between different influencing factor variables,is also obtained. The optimized results show that the best operation conditions for COD removal rate of acrylic fiber wastewater with charcoal cycle microelectrolysis reactor are obtained by using Design-Expert 7.1.
