摘要:
研究了水热辅助Fenton试剂氧化法对中和沉淀-气浮工艺处理后的显影废水的深度处理效果和影响因素。结果表明,在最佳反应条件下,当进水CODCr为300~400 mg/L时,处理出水CODCr<60 mg/L,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准要求。在实验条件下,最佳反应参数为:初始pH为2.5,反应温度为110℃,FeSO4.7H2O投加质量浓度为3.6 g/L,30%H2O2投加质量浓度为3.3~3.7 g/L,反应时间为1~2 h。水热辅助Fenton试剂氧化法的CODCr去除率可达85.2%。

Abstract:
The advanced treatment efficiency and influencing factors of hydrothermal-assisted Fenton reagent oxidation method on the development wastewater pretreated by neutral precipitation -flotation process have beeninvestigated. The results show that under the optimum condition,i.e. when the influent CODCr is 300-400 mg/L,theeffluent CODCr is less than 60 mg/L,meeting the requirements of the first grade Comprehensive Standard of Wastewater Discharge(GB 8978—1996). Under the experiment conditions,the optimal operating parameters are as follows:initial pH is 2.5,reaction temperature 110 ℃,FeSO4·7H2O dosage 3.6 g/L,30%H2O2 dosage 3.3-3.7 g/L,and reaction time 1 -2 h. The removing rate of CODCr by hydrothermal-assisted Fenton reagent oxidation method reaches 85.2%.
