改性硅藻土复配聚合氯化铝对染料废水脱色的研究

摘要:

用以改性硅藻土干混聚合氯化铝制得的复合絮凝剂进行染料废水脱色研究。实验表明,复合絮凝剂对活性艳红染料溶液的处理效果高于各单个组分的处理效果。在配比一定的情况下,原水pH和药剂投加量对脱色率的影响较大,其他因素对脱色率影响较小。在最佳条件下脱色率高达99.7%。改性硅藻土复配聚合氯化铝絮凝剂具有脱色率高、絮体沉降性能好等优点,适宜碱性染料废水的预处理。

Abstract:

The research on the decolorization of dyes has been carried out by using the compound flocculant,polyaluminumchloride,which is made from modified diatomite. The experimental results show that the decolorization effectiveness of the compound flocculant is higher than its individual components. When the proportion of polyaluminum chloride and modified diatomite is fixed,the effects of pH of the wastewater and the dosages of compound flocculants on decolorization rate are more significant than other factors. Under optimum conditions,the decolorization rate is as high as 99.7%. The compound flocculant has advantages of higher decolorization rate and good floc degradability,which is suitable for the pretreatment of alkaline dye wastewater.
