含高浓度F-、BF4-的PAO生产废水处理技术研究

Study on the treatment technology of the wastewater from the PAO plant containing highly concentrated fluoride and fluoroborate iron

摘要:

针对BF4-质量浓度为5 000 mg/L、F-质量浓度为6 000 mg/L的高浓度PAO生产废水,研究钾盐沉淀—铝盐水解—石灰沉淀的水处理工艺。试验结果表明,在室温、pH=2.0、总钾盐质量分数5%、KCl与KAl(SO4)2.12H2O质量比为5∶1的条件下,钾盐沉淀可使BFBF4-质量浓度降低到300 mg/L;在30℃、pH=2.0、铝盐质量分数3%、AlCl3.6H2O与Al2(SO4)3.18H2O质量比为3∶2的条件下,水解后BF4-质量浓度降低为8 mg/L;石灰沉淀时Ca(OH)2与F-物质的量比为2.5∶1。处理后废水中的F-和BF4-的质量浓度均降低为10 mg/L以下,F-质量浓度达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级排放标准。

Abstract:

For the wastewater from the PAO plant containing 5 000 mg/L fluoride and 6 000 mg/L fluoroborate iron,the treatment process which composed of kalium salt precipitation-aluminate hydrolysis-lime precipitation has been studied. The results show that under the following conditions:at room temperature,pH=2.0,the total kalium salt mass fraction is 5%,m(KCl) ∶m〔KAl (SO4)2·12H2O〕is 5 ∶1,the kalium precipitation can make the mass concentration of BF4- decrease to 300 mg/L. Under another condition:at 30 ℃,pH=2.0,aluminate mass fraction is 3% and m (AlCl3·6H2O) ∶m〔Al2 (SO4)3·18H2O 〕is 3 ∶2,after the BF4- is hydrolyzed,its mass concentration is decreased to 8 mg/L. Under further conditions:when lime precipitation is conducted,n〔Ca(OH)2〕∶n(F-)is 2.5∶1,after the treatment,the mass concentrations of F- and BF4- in wastewater are both decreased to less than 10 mg/L,and the mass concentration of fluoride can reach the first class of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978—1996).
