摘要:

采用微量滴碱法制备了具有不同碱化度(B)的聚合氯化铝(PAC)混凝剂,试验了它在焦化废水中的混凝性能、残留铝量及影响因素。结果表明:投加量、pH、碱化度影响PAC的混凝效果;当碱化度为1.5时,混凝效果最佳,残留铝含量最低;随着COD的降低,残留铝含量也降低,两者的变化趋势具有一致性。

Abstract:

Polyaluminum (PAC) coagulant having different basicities (B) has been synthesized by micro alkaline dropping method. The coagulation capacity,residual aluminum content and influential factors are studied. The results show that the dosage,pH and basicity have effects on the coagulation capacity. When the basicity is 1.5,the coagulation capacity is the best,the residual aluminum content is the lowest. With the decrease of COD,the residual aluminum content decreases,as well. It means that the residual aluminum decrease is consistent with the decrease of COD .
