某电镀厂废水重金属去除工艺对比研究

Comparative study on the removal of heavy metalsfrom electroplating wastewater

摘要:

对比研究了中和沉淀法、硫化物沉淀法、Fenton-沉淀法、常温铁氧体法对电镀废水中Cu、Cr和Ni的去除效果。结果表明, 铁氧体-硫化物沉淀法联合处理效果最好, 当FeCl3和FeSO4投加质量浓度分别为1890、973mg/L, 调节pH至10.3, 再加入Na2S至其质量浓度为300 mg/L时, Cu、Cr和Ni的去除率分别高达94.51%、97.78%和96.94%, 残余质量浓度分别仅为0.05、0.17、0.39 mg/L, 达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900—2008)的排放标准。

Abstract:

The effects of alkaline precipitation, sulfide precipitation, Fenton-precipitation, and ferrite precipitation at normal temperature on the removal efficiency of Cu、Cr and Ni from electroplating wastewater have been studied comparatively. The results show that the treatment efficiency of combined ferrite-sulfide precipitation process is the best:the removal rates of Cu, Cr and Ni are as high as 94.51%, 97.78% and 96.94%, respectively, and the residue concentrations of Cu, Cr and Ni are only 0.05 mg/L, 0.17 mg/L and 0.39 mg/L, respectively, when the dosages of FeCl3 and FeSO4 are 1 890 mg/L and 973 mg/L respectively, the pH is adjusted to 10.3, and, then 300 mg/L of Na2S is added, meeting the National Discharge Standard of Electroplating Pollutants (GB 21900—2008).
