生物絮凝吸附预处理精制棉生产废水

摘要:

探讨了生物絮凝吸附法预处理精制棉生产废水的工艺流程、影响因素和运行参数。研究结果表明,采用再生好氧污泥絮凝吸附精制棉生产废水,在原水pH 为8~9,回流比为70%,水力停留时间为40 min,溶解氧≥2.5 mg/L 时,生物絮凝吸附法对COD、木质素的去除率分别达到42%、47%。

Abstract:

The technical process of the pre-treatment of wastewater from refined cotton production by bio-flocculation and adsorption,its influencing factors and running parameters have been discussed.The results show that when the wastewater of refined cotton is treated by flocculation and adsorption process after aerobic sludge regeneration,under the following conditions:pH is 8-9,reflux ratio is 70%,HRT is 40 min,and DO ≥2.5 mg/L,the removal rates of COD and lignin are 42% and 47% respectively.
